The first family of Christian Community Church of God welcomes you to our web-site.  We're a church commissioned to teach and enhance family values and nurture.  The family is the oldest institution in civilization.  We believe in the biblical order of family structure.  The man-husband-father as King-patriarch, priest, provider, protector and peace-maker.  The woman as Queen-matriarch, soul mate, help mate, home maker, and counselor.  The children as Prince and Princess, jewels, assets and joy of the home.

Introducing the First Family

Mission

Mission Statement

  • We believe in the trinity of the Holy Godhead; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost (Matt 3:16-17, 28:19; I Cor. 12:4-6; I Pet. 1:2,3:18). We also believe in the unity of the trinity, in that they are all One with three distinct persons to meet the spiritual and physical needs of humanity (John 14:9-16; II Cor. 13:14; Eph. 1:4,7,13).

  • We believe in the Gospel Plan of Salvation through repentance and confession of sins (I John 1:9 Romans 10:9-13; Acts 16:31). The Gospel (evangelion) is known as the Good News of Jesus Christ (Romans 1:1).

  • We believe in the internal and external baptism. The internal baptism of the Holy Ghost fire where one is filled on the inside with the Holy Ghost to live a life of righteousness and holiness within the Kingdom of God (Matt. 3:11c; Acts 2:1-4). The external baptism as an outward sign of inward change through immersion symbolizing that one has died to an old life of sin and have been resurrected to a new life of righteousness (Rom. 6:4).

  • We believe when one becomes filled with the Holy Ghost one will experience sanctification, which means to be separated from the world unto Jesus Christ as saints of God (Rom. 1:1-7; I Thess. 5:23; I Pet. 1:2).

  • We believe that the righteous will inherit everlasting life in heaven (John 3:16); however, we also believe that the unrighteous will inherit eternal damnation in hell (Mark 16:16b; Luke 16:23; Rev. 21:8).

Our Beliefs

We are a (w)holistic Bible believing Church of God advocating the practices and principles of holiness as a life style. We seek to minister to the whole person: Heart, Mind, Body and Soul.

"And the Lord answered me, and said, write the vision, and make it plain upon the tables the he may run that readeth it.  For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry" (Habakkuk 2:2-3).
